Eufy, the leading smart home technology brand by Anker Innovations, the globally trusted developer of charging technology and innovative consumer electronic devices launches its RoboVac X8 series in Australia today.

Powered with the world-first Twin Turbine technology, the next-generation X8 Series includes the RoboVac X8 and the X8 Hybrid which features 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping functions.

The powerful new generation of robotic vacuum models are built with Eufy’s world-first Twin Turbine Technology that applies two turbines generating 2*2000 Pascals (pa) of higher suction power for deeper, smarter cleaning and up to 180 minutes of vacuuming. The immense power of Eufy’s Twin Turbine Technology efficiently increases overall airflow by 80% for maximum cleaning performance and a deeper level of clean. Paired with BoostIQ Technology, suction power automatically increases when needed, such as when changing levels from a hard floor to a rug.

For pet owners, that means, they can rest easily knowing that pet-hair cleaning capabilities have increased by almost 57.6 percent compared to previous RoboVac models.

Taking it a step further, the X8 hybrid model includes a 2-in-1 mop and vacuum function with a 250ml water tank, large enough for up to 140 minutes simultaneous mopping and vacuuming.

With next generation of smart home devices and appliances at attainable prices, Eufy is bringing its infamous “Smart Home Simplified” motto to Australian households.

“We’re thrilled to be launching the new Eufy RoboVac X8 range in Australia,” Anker Australia country manager Gaspar Xie says.

“Powered by the most innovative and supercharge technology, the vacuums are built to meet the needs of modern consumers, dealing with the most challenging of environments, removing the pain points of cleaning and suited for various house styles.”

Eufy’s X8 Series makes vacuuming smart with iPath Laser Navigation. Using a LiDAR laser, The X8 intelligently memorises the house environment building dynamic home layouts with virtual maps, detecting exactly which rooms to clean for efficient cleaning around the home. With addition of AI Map Technology 2.0, the vacuum builds a real-time map of homes to detect areas to avoid when cleaning, cleverly sensing stairs and finding its way out of trouble spots, ensuring that valuables aren’t swept up in the process.

The AI tech also enables users to see the X8’s real-time mapping report and uses that data with zone commands to customise where the X8 should and shouldn’t clean. Intelligent cleaning with X8 is further enhanced with Voice Assistant technology, working with the Google Assistant and Alexa.

On the technology Gaspar said, “the Twin Turbine Technology in the RoboVac X8 Series makes it almost impossible for dirt, debris, or pet hair to be left behind.”

Exclusively distributed by Directed Electronics, the X8 Series is available in Australia via Eufy’s website and will be made available at JB HiFi and other major retailers by mid-October.
