THE MALDIVES

For your tastebuds: Island in the Sky

Ingredients

  • Handful of sage
  • 25ml or ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • 25ml or ¾ oz. lime
  • 25ml or ¾ oz. pineapple puree
  • 45ml or 1½ oz. aged Rum
  • 15ml or ½ oz. yellow Chartreuse
  • SodaStream sparkling water

Method

  • In a cocktail shaker, shake all of the ingredients vigorously.
  • Double strain through a fine sieve and top with SodaStream sparkling water.
  • For simple syrup: Use equal parts granulated white sugar to hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Garnish with sage and edible flowers

MEXICO

For your tastebuds: Smoky Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
  • 30ml Tequila
  • 15ml Mezcal
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 15ml blood orange juice
  • 15ml lime juice

Method

  • To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
  • Add all ingredients (except SodaStream sparkling water) into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain through a fine sieve into a low-ball filled with ice. Top with SodaStream sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a smoked sea salt rim, jalapeño rings and a blood orange wheel.

JAPAN

For your tastebuds: Lemongrass Cooler

Ingredients

  • 60ml or 2 oz. dry Sake
  • 15ml or ½ oz. dry Vermouth
  • 15ml or 2 oz. lemongrass syrup
  • SodaStream sparkling water

Method

    • In a saucepan, add 300g/ / 10½ oz. of lemongrass and 1 liter of water.
    • Bring to a boil.
    • Lower the heat and let simmer for another 15 minutes.
  • While still hot, combine equal parts of granulated white sugar to the lemongrass water and stir until sugar fully dissolves.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist

PARIS

For your tastebuds: French Fizz

Ingredients

  • 60ml or 2 oz. dry Sake
  • 15ml or ½ oz. dry Vermouth
  • 15ml or 2 oz. lemongrass syrup
  • SodaStream sparkling water
  • 45ml or 1½ oz. French Ambre Vermouth (such as St. Raphael or Noilly Prat)
  • 60ml or 2 oz. dry sparkling wine
  • ½ tsp SodaStream Lemon Fruit Drops
  • 1 liter SodaStream sparkling water

Method

  • Pour Vermouth into a wine glass.
  • Add ice, sparkling wine and SodaStream Lemon Fruit Drops.
  • Top with SodaStream sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a fresh oregano sprig and an orange wedge.
